If you tried to pay us and it’s not processing it could be several reasons such as incorrect card details, insufficient funds, wrongly entering in bank details or BTC address. We do not fail orders and if you have any problems, we will work with you to solve them, we always find a way to resolve any problems.

After selling a range of products we decided to become dedicated Herbal Incense and C-liquid Specialists so that we put all our time and research into providing you with the best products in the world. We are the only dedicated Herbal Incense and C-liquid Specialists on the net.

We will ship as soon as you order, so that day if you order early and the next day if it’s after 10am GMT.

We have dedicated Flight AMS hubs all over the world and can usually ship from within your country or region of the world. Please email us if you have any questions about where your products will be sent from.

All orders will generate email confirmations or updates. If you have not yet received an email, then check your spam or junk folder, as some emails seem to be directed there. You may also login to your account and check the status of your order at any time.

We accept most payment options including Credit Card, Bank Transfer, Bitcoin and others. You will see the range of payment options as you order. The availability of some payment options depends on your location, but we try hard to accommodate all payment types.

We can supply anything from 1g of Herbal Incense or 5mils of Vape juice to Kilograms or litres. If you are interested in buying in larger qualities than is listed on the Flight AMS website please contact us for a bulk order quote.

Yes, we do. As part of our quest to find the perfect blend / mix we are always tweaking our products to find the sweet spot. Leave us a note in the comments section when you order and if we have them, we’ll get some samples out to you. Just remember, you need to give us your honest feedback on whatever we send.

Due to the way we operate, all sales are absolute and final. If you wish to change or cancel an order, please log-in and check to see if your order status is showing “pending”, or “awaiting payment”. If so, please contact us via email sales@flightams.com, to amend your order. There are no exceptions to this. If you do not see either of those statuses, your order has been processed and is in the mail queue, ready to be shipped. We cannot shut down our processing centre to dig out your package, so please don’t be offended when we tell you no.

We take every effort to package your products discreetly and safely. We use padded envelopes with heat sealed sachets inside. There is no mention of product names, or our name on the outside of the packages and we can send you unbranded products if you so wish, Please confirm via email if you wish to receive unbranded products.

We strongly encourage all of our customers to use the tracked courier service, we have had no problems with our courier service anywhere in the world. The standard post is fine but can take longer than advertised. Please double check your address before you place your order.

Due to the variable times taken to deliver packages around the world, we don’t chase up orders until 30 days after we’ve shipped, depending on your chosen shipping method. If available, and you chose a tracked/insured shipping method, we will re-ship the order, following discussion with the postal company. The postal service will not provide any information that’s not already available to you via their tracking portal, as provided to you within your order update emails.

Yes, all registered orders are supplied with a tracking number. However, the free post and international post €10 option will take a substantial length of time to update after departing country of origin.

My tracked order has not arrived after 21 days, can I have a refund instead of a re-ship?

Sorry we can’t offer you a refund, but we do offer one free re-ship which is more than most other companies.

Please let us know if you find a better deal as we are always interested in what the competition is doing. You will find that most of the time, we are the cheapest and the best so that question hardly ever comes up.

We will decide when we offer discounts and normally you will be notified by email so be sure to create an account to take advantage of all discounts and offers. We run many discounts and special offers, at various times.

You won’t find any mention of Herbal Incense or Vape C-liquid on any financial records from us.

Yes. If we have not already processed your order you can email, sales@flightams.com and we will try and get the order cancelled for you. If it’s been processed, then it’s too late.

Some banks will call or send notifications to verify that you are making the transaction. Nothing to worry about, just the sign of a good, safe bank.

New customers may be required to pass a 1 time security check. This involves 1 photo showing the card you used to make payment (Front ONLY). If you wish you may cover part of your details but we must be able to see your name and any 4 numbers of the long card number. As soon as the information is received your order will be shipped.

  • Pending Payment : Your order is received, so no need to order again.
  • Payment Received: Your payment is received. We have your payment.
  • Awaiting shipment: Your order will ship from the within 1 business day.
  • Shipped: We have shipped your order, simple as that.
  • Failed: Contact your bank, us, or try ordering again.
  • Security Check: Our payment processor will require a 1 time security check (Photo ID etc).
  • Refund: Self explanatory.
