At Flight AMS we’re committed to delivering your order as fast and as efficiently as possible with minimum fuss.
- Place you order with us and you will receive an email outlining your purchase and in the case of Credit Card and Bank Transfer you’ll be emailed details about how to pay
- Once your order has been completed, your tracking number will be emailed out to you and visible in your account.
- Place your order by credit card online via our online legal highs shop and we’ll ship the same day if before midday.
- For those who want to pay by bank transfer, orders are sent when the funds are received into our account, if you can supply us with a screenshot of your payment, we may send that day.
- From leaving one of our 4 warehouse hubs world-wide your goods can be with you as within 2 to 5 working days.

- Free Tracked Standard Shipping (with minimum order €30)
- Takes around 10 to 18 working days to ship anywhere in Europe.
- Please note, all packages are sent within 1 day (excluding orders placed on the weekend) of receiving the payment. We are not responsible however for packages that are delayed by the post service or COVID 19. If you want your package urgently then we suggest choosing one of the UPS/TNT options.
- UPS/ TNT Standard Tracked Service Europe (recommended) – €20
- Delivery 2-5 days depending on the country
- UPS / TNT EXPRESS Tracked Service – €40
- Delivery 1-3 days depending on the country.
- All orders are packaged very discreetly in padded envelopes with heat-sealed sachets inside.
- There is no mention of product names or our brand name on the outside of the packages.
- All orders are non-exchangeable, non-refundable and non-transferable.
- All sales are final.
- If your package is tracked and goes missing, we’ll ship it again for no extra charge.
- Note: we do not reship if you supply us with a wrong address. The address can be changed if the order has still not been dispatched at our end. As soon as the order is transferred to courier we cannot change any information or return it to you.
- We also do not reship if your package is shipped back to us. Please keep track of your packages and contact your local courier company or post office in case they cannot locate your address.
- At Flight AMS we take your privacy very seriously.
- We do not collect and store credit card details or delivery addresses.
